So, I understand that you added a custom image size, right?
The image size which you added will not appear in the Image size option for flex block.
In order to be able to add it, several changes must be made in the theme files and require more knowledge (developer skills).

These are the paths => wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php => https://i.imgur.com/bQpMgSf.png and this for flex block 1wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules/td_module_flex_1.php
