So you want to do this on category page, for this you need to use a category cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/FvQnsXh.jpg click on elements you want to change the image size and choose another one -> https://i.imgur.com/JKwLCDA.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/lwrw5nH.jpg

That is not an error, you do not have set a cloud template, you only try to edit a standard template that is not editable.
Yes, these files need to be set in child theme, if not will be lost when you’ll make the theme update. Also you’ll need t regenerate the images after you made the changes in theme files -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

this depend on the elements you are using, the best way it will be to use a flex block, you can adjust the image on these elements with tagDiv Composer and the changes will not be lost when you’ll update the theme.
