Comment Box missing

Hi, the comment box is missing in the single post, but when i tried to check it via editor the comment is on.
This is the flow. Guest cant see the comments or even cant see the comment box. Only registered users can
I turned on the comment box will show for registered users only, but when i tried to check it, its not showing up.
If i turned on the allow comments under discussion on the post, it will show up but its public even guest can see it and i dont want guess to see it.

Hello,

Our theme uses WordPress options for comments=>https://www.screencast.com/t/mIwabTmfWo. So, users who are not registered will not see the comment box. https://www.screencast.com/t/ZLgKLm7oWX

I don’t want people to have to register In order to leave a comment is this the only way

Hello,

Please make sure that the comments option from Theme Panel is enabled => https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/ and you have set to allow the comments on the posts, edit the post and in a post is a setting -> Discussion => https://www.screencast.com/t/EZhoy8Uj -> https://i.imgur.com/IgNyFa9.png
