Business Directory category pages not rendering properly

I am using Business Directory Plugin to create a local business directory on my website. Here’s the general link to the directory page:
https://thelansingjournal.com/local-business-directory/

That page renders fine, but when I select one of the business categories, the category page doesn’t render correctly. Actually, it might be more correct to say that the page renders correctly, but my menu bar disappears and is rendered as a list of links at the top of my page:

The same thing happens when I click on any of the individual entries within the category:

I was having a similar-looking with my 404 page a while ago, but that seems to have been corrected the last time I deleted and reinstalled tagDiv Composer. Does the composer need to be updated again? I’m not very tech savvy, but my web guy says, “Definitely the same poor coding issue. It looks like if there isn’t expected content, a loop, it doesn’t render properly.”

Hello,

Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Also, please try to
1. disable all tagDiv plugins
2. uninstall all tagDiv plugins
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. re-install all tagDiv plugins again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
5. activate all tagDiv plugins
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
There is a possibility to solve it, if it is not solved please let us know.

Thank you!

I’m not using WP Bakery, and I went through the steps outlined above, but the problem persists. Here’s a link to what my Category looks like:

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Let us know the results.

Thank you !

Here are the screenshots you requested:

I have removed and reinstalled Composer several times.

My website is https://thelansingjournal.com.

I don’t think it’s a caching issue. And it’s not isolated to the Business Directory plugin. The same issue was happening on my 404 page for a while, though now that’s been corrected. It’s certain pages that don’t have expected content — they aren’t able to render the menu properly.
