I bought the Newspaper theme yesterday and was able to install a pre-built theme and edit the Homepage using the Tag Div Composer.
I faced issues while trying to edit the Footer using Tag Div Composer and now i can’t edit the Category or Post page Template or even the 404 Error page template.
It keeps showing similar to this “Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 10(dom).”
What am i doing wrong?
How should i edit the Category and Post templates?
Hello,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 3(models): 10(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I am using Nginx Server with PHP 7.4.3
Everything is working fine on local, but when i am trying to edit the theme using Tag Div Composer on server. It is giving me the same error.
“Error at zones: 3(models): 10(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Do i need to make any changes on my server side?
Is the PHP version too high?
Is the theme built to be used only with Apache server?
The issue is only with all other template pages.
I am able to edit homepage.
But, when i try to edit the templates (pages, categories, 404, search etc.)
It gives me “Error at zones: 3(models): 10(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.
Any suggestions, why is this happening?
