I want to enable a feature to allow readers of my articles to rate what they have read. There is no such feature yet on my blog. How can I incorporate this?

The review from our theme can be set only by the author of that post, this can set the review as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
If you need a way that visitors to review the post, then you need to use a plugin.
