I am trying to add a template from the template library provided by tagdiv. But when I select the template nothing happens, and when I click on the cross button I see one popup with the confirmation of Yes and No, but it gets disappears automatically.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

I tried deactivating the plugins and TagDiv composer worked but I need to use some plugins like calendar and directory. But they are not working with the theme. Their layout gets disturbed. I tried changing the theme all plugins worked fine with that theme. I purchased this theme because it seems great but what kind of good theme reacts this way with other plugins.

There are lots of premium themes that may conflict with some plugins. Due to the large number of features this conflicts may happen. Some of the plugins may be addapted but unfortunately this is not covered by the support team.
