Hi,
I’ve connected our Instagram account using the ‘Instagram Account Action Configuration’ in the Newspaper Theme Panel, but Instagram images are not displaying in the footer – additionally when you click on the link on the ‘?’ where the image should be it goes to posts from about a year ago.

Please check if you have the latest version of the theme, v10.4.
Also, if you have the last version please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete it and re-install it from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/hpckcc2K
Also, make sure you set the API Key from Instagram like in this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
If the problem is not solved after, then we need to take a look.
Please make a full backup to all files and the database contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
