After upgrading to v11 the template will not save.
Hello!
Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If your settings are missing, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active and try to restore a backup from Theme panel -> Import/Export and please do not press “Reset”.
If not then, we need to take a look. Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
