I have tried to use the text column element but I could not edit the text. When I tried to edit the input just go away after I closed it

Hello,
If you referring to edit this text => https://www.screencast.com/t/qIGdlrTmICGZ it comes from the theme files, but it disappears since you add text/shortcode in WP Editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/j5tPZoFk7Yfq these are saved automatically.
Also, if it is not saved, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if you have Cloudflare, please make sure is set like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
