Auto loading bug

Hello,

There is an issue with the Autoload feature. When a new article is loaded when the user scrolls down, the mobile version of the page is rendered instead of the desktop one.

What is the issue?

Hello!

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Let us know the results.
Thank you !

I have already posted the link. Do not copy-paste general answers. They do not help anybody.

System settings are all above required values, and plugins have been tested with no conflict.

The issue is one of the underlying TagDiv codes. It should load the desktop version instead of mobile version.
And on a phone, it shows the loading icon and then only blank space.

Hello @Rony123456!

I’ve checked your website on mobile and desktop too and it seems the feature work well.
Did you solve your issue?

Thank you!

Hello Betina!

Thank you for your response. The issue is still there.

Disable your ad blocker and check it. I noticed that the issue disappears when ad blocking is enabled. So I disabled my Ad plugin again, but still the same issue.
