menu mouse over not working – https://imgur.com/a/zgBRrUB this happens only in the homepage template. there is an additional css id that is being added to the menu. I cant find where to remove it.

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

i have deactivated all plugins and turned off cache plugin but its the same. I cant provide the login to the site because our backend is behind an intranet. any other ways to diagnose this?

Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Check once again carefully in order to find the problem there!
