Hi,
unfortunately the Column Text Block is not working properly. If I try to edit it with TagDiv Composer and click on “Edit Content” I just get a blank editor page without text content.
It makes no difference if the block is old or new added. I deactivated all plugins and tried several browser but still not functional. Any suggestions to solve this problem.

This element has a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the wp editor will open and you can add some texts.

I am totally aware of how to edit the content editor. But the content editor does not show any added content. That is the issue…. you can see only a blank editor field.

For this problem can be multiple situations, for example it can be a plugin conflict, so please make a test using only the theme plugins, also make sure that the theme and theme plugins also the WordPress are to latest versions.
In case that the problem is not solved, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com include the link of this topic, wp-admin access and cPanel. Also make sure that you have a full backup for your website and database.

Pulgins have been all disabled, all is up to date.
After testing I found out, that it is not working in Chrome, Firefox and Opera Brwoser but only in Safari.
What could be the problem here?
I’ve experienced this issue many times as well. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes the content loads and other times it’s just an empty text input box. It even has deleted the text that was previously entered.
It seems that it’s not fully loading or something.
TagDiv composer seems to have slowed down too. Running on a dedicated with tons of RAM & cpu.

Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Please disable it, and see if the column text work.

I am having the same issue. It just keep spinning. I dont have but a handfull of plugins and all of them are the ones that comes with the theme

Please tell me what version of WordPress and theme you have.

Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.
