Tried to update plugin now I an error message across the whole site

Tried to update plugin through WordPress and I have 502 bad gateway message that comes up on every page and does not allow me to login back in.

Hello,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please check your plugins list and if you are using some untested plugins, I recommend you to disable all of them and leave just to active only our tested plugins. If the problem is still there after this, please let us know.
