Hi I am running old version of theme ( version 8 ) but when I am trying to update to version 11 its coming up with error.
I was trying to reactivate first other theme and then deleted the version 8 and then uploaded version 11. but started getting errors.
WHat I have do to update without any error?

Unfortunately, there is a big difference between version v8 to version v11.
I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.
Before the update, please make a full backup to all files and the database if something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ using method B.
Also, please let us know about errors you have when you try to update the theme, also, please disable all extra plugins.

This is what I did using method 2. But my whole site gone down when I did this. Then I deleted the new version from file manager and uploaded old files of version 8 and then my site went back alive.
Can I update to other version first and then do it slowly up to 11?
or any other option to upgrade?

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

Finally, its worked thank you. Main problem was plugins when I deactivated all the plugins it started updating.
