I have purchased newspaper theme yesterday.
My live is universalrights.net but it is ruining with old php version and so I can not create subfolder and implement new website with this newspaper theme.
Now I have created new subdomain named http://wordpress.universalrights.net/ and I want to do newspaper theme setup here.
Here my question is here I will setup theme and add activate theme with purchase code will there be any issue in future?
Here in future I want to move this website with newspaper theme to live http://universalrights.net on this domain.
So will that purchase code work I mean domain license will be affected or not?
Here same purchase code can be access by multiple subdomain or not?
I am looking forward to your response on this.

The Envato license specifies that each item can be used on a single end product – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq
If you use it on subdomains that are a part of your product or wp multisite, you could use the same key.
Using test platforms is allowed with the same Envato key.

Hi kgleesonudhr, if is the same website, then you can use it without problems on main, subdomain for test, also you can migrate it without problems.
Only if you have different website with different content, then you’ll need a new license, because, is allow a license key per only one live website:
