Hi!
An error appeared when viewing the site pages on mobile devices:
Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/Newspaper/theme.json) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/apartm16/apartments.news/www:/home/apartm16/.system/tmp:/usr/local/pear) in /home/apartm16/apartments.news/www/wp-includes/class-wp-theme-json-resolver.php on line 354"

What’s wrong here? It appears only on mobile devices.
Help me please.
Hello,
Did you update the theme? Please delete your theme and install it again by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ using method B (update the theme Manually).
Also, if you have done changes to the theme files, please copy them.
If you will do the update or a fresh install of the theme, then all changes you made in the theme’s files will be overwritten.
date. Also, check for a plugin conflict, deactivate one by one the untested plugins and find out which one causes the error. Clear your cache and try again.
Thank you!
I did everything as you said, it didn’t help. I also did a few backups before the update and after tagDiv Version 11.1 and WordPress Version 5.8. I noticed that the problem manifests itself after updating WordPress Version 5.8. How to fix it?
So far I have written to the hosting technical support.
The script tried to access the system temporary folder. Disabled open_basedir in PHP settings. Problem solved 🙂
