I do not understand exactly your issue from the screenshot provided, but you can check the header which is green now and the posts are not repeating on your homepage because I applied an offset. All about offset feature, you can find here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/

Please delete the cache, also from your browser and try again. The header should be green and not black, because the settings are global.

That one is a sticky header, so edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, then scroll in the Composer building page, and change the colors. You can check now to know for the future.
