I have disabled LightBox but while using Gutenberg block editor, we can still click on Images and the Lightbox effect is still ON. How to disable it?

Yes, That’s the problem. It is disabled but still it’s showing LightBox. Tried clearing cache, etc.

First of all, please make sure you have the latest update(version 11.2) of the theme and plugins also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

When you edit the post normally and add a photo from your gallery for example fill this field from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/YIOWP0NG ; then select the photo and save it. The alt text should be there.

Yes, we have added ALT text in that section and also in Gutenberg editor. But it’s still not showing ALT Text. Can you see on the above URL if images showing ALT Text? Does it look like something is wrong just like the Lightbox module problem we faced?

Hi @Anamaria, Bettina; Yes! It is visible in HTML. But it is not showing when we move our cursor on Images. Please check.
For example: featured image of that post showing Alt text when we move mouse cursor on that image. But it’s not working/showing on other images of that page. Even if there is alt text in the backend. Hope you are getting my point.?

We are not using the advanced tab for alt text. It’s working on that post without any error/problem.
It could be caching/theme issue?
