I try in vain to have comment activate on my post.
I use Single Post Template – Magazine PRO
As you can see in the following pictures all the parameters are activate
1- comment activated in WordPress : https://www.evenement-bf.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/comments.png
2 -comment activated in Theme panel: https://www.evenement-bf.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Page-template.png
3- comment inserted in the cloud template : https://www.evenement-bf.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/comment-activated.png
and
4- comment option not displayed in POST : https://www.evenement-bf.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/comment-not-displayed.png

You can translate the Single Post Comments from Theme Panel -> Translations-> Translations and search with ctrl+f after that text which is displayed and set other one https://imgur.com/apIvxLT

Please edit the Single Post Template with tagDiv Composer select the element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/jcffF5bb87ft or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://www.screencast.com/t/DSbFuKBiru
