hi i have attempted to update my theme and on doing so i have lost my nav menu and my logo?
any ideas as to the problem

Hi vixsoft, please make sure that there is no plugin that is interfering with the theme update, for this please make sure that you have a full backup, after that disable all plugins except those from the theme and try to update the theme using our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ in situations like the one you have it is better to update the theme via file transfer protocol (FTP) -> https://i.imgur.com/0elJIXB.png also make sure that the theme plugins are installed.
