If you referring you created a page => https://i.imgur.com/MOEjzpM.png, then you can’t edit with tagDiv Composer, because the page comes from another plugin.
If you want you can use a page from Cloud Library for products. https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Woo%20Shop%20Base

This problem is because you have the mobile theme plugin activate -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-settings-8/ so you need to create your pages in the mobile editor or disable the mobile theme for them https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-not-seen-in-mobile/
