Youtube channel id problem

Hello everyone, I am looking to add youtube channel ID in widget tagdiv social counter. My issue is I am unable to add my YouTube channel in social counter.

I have added social counter in footer 1. Please check the link given below.

YouTube Custom URL: /c/phonelane
YouTube User ID: 9yBE0weYVSadzrlIawczEw
YouTube Channel ID: UC9yBE0weYVSadzrlIawczEw

My actual youtube channel link is
https://www.youtube.com/c/phonelane

But, when i put my channel id, user id or custom url in social counter it shows This channel does not exist.

Thank you, URL is working fine but it is not showing numbers of subscribers.

Hi,

Is this url https://www.youtube.com/c/phonelane a custom url set for your YouTube channel as I believe this happens because of it.
I’ve searched and tested your channel and found this address for it: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9yBE0weYVSadzrlIawczEw
So changing the url to channel here: http://screencast.com/t/OggYCx3Z18Op ..then using this YouTube Channel ID: UC9yBE0weYVSadzrlIawczEw should work fine:
