The problem is… My adress on youtube is youtube.com/c/… and not youtube.com/user/
So it’s impossible for me to use the youtube option in the theme’s social counter because if i just enter my channel’s name, it will automatically appear as /user/. and it won’t work. How can i solve this?

Ok i found the option in the plugin editor, already changed for me url but it doesn’t work… i think it’s because of that
“Editing td-social-counter/shortcode/td_social_counter_010.php (inactive)”
from this list, only td-social-counter/td-social-counter.php is active.

Please try to edit td_social_counter_009.php: http://screencast.com/t/wHVy6G1S4xPi and change to 'url' => "http://www.youtube.com/channel/your channel",
Then add your id in social counter widget: http://screencast.com/t/cm4ORsg5Phf
Also please deactivate all plugins, leave only Visual Composer and Social Counter active, clear cache and try again. It should work fine.
