Newspaper X Staging Site Broken after Update to 11.3.1

Hi,

We have a license when Newspaper X is still on version 11.2.

We have setup a staging site environment and tried updating it to version 11.3, but it end up removing all tagDiv plugins and the options within the Newspaper link on the wordpress dashboard’s left sidebar end up showing only three options (Welcome, Plugins, Support).

The plugins directory also showed that the tagDiv plugins were removed.

We would definitely want to see the update working fine even while on the staging site before we try and update the live site.

Let me know if you have some way to prevent this from happening. Apparently, updating using the built-in option within Newspaper X breaks the site after update.

The theme license is also activated.

Hello,

Please check this article on how to update the theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ also, please make sure you do not have other extra plugins activated during the update, as this may interfere with the update process.
Also, please check if all tagDiv plugins that you use are activated after the update.
