Damn, this is serious.
Woke up to a rude Newspaper on my homepage saying I have not registered the theme.
Yet I have a license.
Can you check into this since this will affect my SEO as none of my articles is accessible.
Reset the key and register again, then clear cache. It worked for me. But this is a grave mistake. I know many people don’t check their websites regularly, which will go on for hours or days.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. If the notice is displayed on the website, first please make sure the theme is activated with the key https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/ If the theme was activated, please try resetting the theme activation and then activate it again with the key, from the theme system status panel https://i.imgur.com/7Ktmd1e.png Ultimately, if there is a problem or the issue remains, please send us an email immediately at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look.
Thanks for making several hundred people who visited our site think our nonprofit was using a nulled theme today. Perhaps it would be a good idea tone down that notice, because apparently you can’t code things so it only displays when it should. Mistakes happen, I get that, but I can’t even believe you would create a message that takes over our website displays without notice and makes YOUR PAYING CLIENTS look like they are acting unethically.
This is some kind of joke ???? What a setback. For several hours, users saw information that resembled a computer virus. I have the largest service in the region. Thousands of people saw it for a few hours 🙁
The problem is solved by switching to a new template and going back to Newspaper.
This is absolutely unacceptable. All my pages were changed. The fact that you do this outside of the CMS on the pages itself is a slap in the face to paying customers. I now have to check every page to see if this is still going on even after reactivating my license and clearing the cache. We’ll be looking for another theme.
Unacceptable !!!!!!!
My visitors thought for two hours that our website was using a “nulled” version of the theme. It is unacceptable! Please remove this kind of page immediately. We paid for a theme and its license, this kind of message must not exist.
I lost income and probably some of my credibility. I’m waiting for compensation.
