Dear Support,

I just renewed my Newspaper website for my word-press website. I came home with a big surprise it seems like you shut down my website. I had no idea that you did that sort of thing. I have no choice but to renew the contract, I’m not happy that was done without a warning. I wish you would have notified me and not hijacked my website. I made the purchase and have the Key below.

So please let me know how I can get the website up and running.

How do I enter the key code? Where and what pages do I do this at?

The Newspaper theme verifies your license key with the Envato API. If you already have a license activated on your website yet the website displays the notice LICENSE KEY IS NOT REGISTERED please follow the steps below:

1. First please make sure the theme is activated with the license key from your Envato Themeforest account https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
2. If the theme was activated, please reset the theme activation from the Theme Panel – > System Status https://i.imgur.com/7Ktmd1e.png and clear the cache.
3. If there is a problem or the issue remains, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide a solution.

The “LICENSE KEY IS NOT REGISTERED” notice on your website is due to a possible communication error with Envato API. We are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience and we are doing the best in our power to overcome this issue.
