How to add poll or vote system in newspaper theme

Dear, i want to add pooling system or vote system in my newspaper add. is there any option to add poll system. And if newspaper them do not have this system, how can i add plugin poll system in the newspaper home page by elementor.

How can i add external plugin in my home page. Actually i can not add it in my tamplate. Can you help me please..

And i did not find out the single post review all the option in my cloud tagdiv section.
