Hi guys I am a new user of newspaper 11 theme, I followed the guide and setup my mega menu, it looks fine when I logged into my admin panel, but if I view from other device or logged off, the menu is freezed, the mega menu content does not drop down. Can anyone help me please?

Hi Anamaria, Thank you for your reply. As I can see, I do not have any cache plugins. I flushed the cache in the siteground panel and the website still does not show any drop down menu, just the primary menu titles, I put cursor on the menu title, nothing drop down. Hi Anamaria, Thank you! I switched it to no template in the theme setting, that’s the way to solve this issue, however, by using “no template” in the theme setting, I cannot customize the header with tagdiv composer. For example. I cannot make the header a transparent header. When I using “no template” option in the theme panel, I try to edit the home page, the header part will show “this is not a tagdiv template header”. Thus, I cannot edit it. It’s quite a confliction. Do you get what I mean? Hope, you could help me figure out a way to solve this issue

So, you have now a header template from Theme Panel, and you had a header template before, right?
Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/j8q38If.png, assign the header template, purge the cache and see if the problem persists.
