In our website, “www.sanjevani.com” the sub-categories are not showing in the main menu. The menu is only showing the categories, the megamenu with the sub categories is not working. Kindly help to resolve this. Thank you.

Please do not set sub-menu under a mega menu -> https://i.imgur.com/DYtV7Fa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/yR1huKj.png, this will make it look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/q4FqBYK.png

I have created and selected the megamenu as per the menu structure documentation. It was working properly until last week.

That’s weird! The issue could be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if the problem persists, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com.
Provide:
– wp-admin URL and cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
