I would like to get a design similar to this, so the categories are displayed. But I want to get it with newspaper, is there something in the cloud to do it?

Blocks are shown with the main photo, and the title. The blocks are not the same. When you put the mouse over them, an extract of the content appears as well.

There are a lot of settings, for example to show or hide some features. You can use the offset feature and set a limit for posts to display: https://prnt.sc/BH-mcDlecyyO

I just showed you how you can achieve an element with the features over image and the border radius on image. Of course you can achieve something like that, but it will require some time to arrange them how is in your screenshot, but is not impossible. You need to set up the image sizes and some settings regarding to the rows and columns.
Unfortunately, we do not have an element already set up exactly like in your screenshot.
