Hi, I just went to install Revolution Slider from Newspaper-tf\plugins\revolution_slider_5. I’m getting a fatal error when i go to activate it. I spoke to my hosting company who thought this version is not compatible with my php. Below is the error. Any help appreciated.

I just installed the revolution slider and for me it is working without problems. Those are my theme settings https://i.imgur.com/v8czOCd.png and those are the plugins that I have enabled https://i.imgur.com/3DbObZg.png
If the php version is 7.3 or greater, then I do not think that the problem is from there, more possible to be from a plugin conflict. What you can do in this situation is to make a test using only tagDiv plugins and the Revolution Slider.

Hi Calin. I see your Slider revolution is version 6.5 whereas I can only access version 5. Where can I get v.6? Thanks for your help..
Also I did try deactivating all plugins except tagdiv ones. Same result I’m afraid.

Is possible that the version that you are using to no longer be compatible with the latest WordPress version.
The revolution slider is updated on each theme update. What you need to do is to make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v11.4.1 and when you get the package from the themeforest you’ll find -> https://i.imgur.com/uQsSR0Y.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos-prebuilt-websites/
