I’m writing because I have tried to resolve the problem with my Instagram followers, but I couldn’t.
My website is http://www.soloestetica.cl
I linked my Instagram business account (soloestetica.cl) with Newspaper 11. At the bottom of the web you see the latest Instagram posts.
Also if one clicks on the Instagram symbols on any side of the page, it redirects to Instagram. This is OK.
But in the Instagram widgets it doesn’t see my number of followers and it says 0 followers.
That happens on the homepage and in the posts.
How can I solve it?

If the Instagram account is set on business account then it should work.
From what I can see on your website everything seems to be correctly set. Can you provide wp-admin access to take a close look at this problem?
