Note, on our old website, which uses its theme in an older version, several layout options appear.
In our new project, with its more current theme, fewer options appear. Did you take it out over in new updates? Are these options available today?

Indeed there were a few changes and now you can get the layout that you want from the cloud and you can edit it with tagDiv Composer like you want. For example on posts now you can use single post template .
In case that you still want to us the old functionality, what you need to do is to install the tagDiv Standard pack and those old templates will be display again (the plugin can be installed from Newspaper > Plugins).

I managed to enable it using the indicated plugin. Just one more question. I can’t use TagDiv Composer on these old layouts right?
So in the standard post I can edit the top with these ADS and the sidebar, like this https://badevalor.com.br/ex-president-fhc-fratura-o-femur-ee-internado-em-sao -Paulo /. And in these old layouts, for example https://badevalor.com.br/retomada-hub-salvador-ja-opera-com-mais-de-100-empresas/ do I have to do it manually? Why widgets?

Yes, the standard templates can not be edited with tagDiv Composer, those have settings in the theme panel that can be used to enable/disable an option.
So if you want to edit the widgets from the sidebars you can check in appearance > widgets.
For ads check in the theme panel> ads.
