I am using category filter:, and then sort order: latest, but the post show information of day ago instead of the latest post.
How can I fix this issue?

I think your problem might be the same thing that tricked me when I started looking at this theme
Make sure you check the “General Tab” which is on the left of filter and see ‘ “Offset Posts”

If not all posts are displayed, then, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE.
