Can't get Social Media Links working using cloud template

Hi,

I have a page here: https://nextlevelonlinemedia.com/

I’m trying to get my social icons links working at bottom of page and tried every combination…

When I input my channel ID it adds the my web page first which results in a 404. Please find link examples…
