Yes, you can use the progress bar on the posts.
This can be added where you want in the post using tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/ZyYBcfV.png

But i think post are not customizable with TagDiv Composer, so how can i edit post with Composer.

Indeed, the post itself cannot be created with tagDiv Composer, but its layout can be created / edited, for this you can use a single post template from the cloud. In this example -> https://imgur.com/ZyYBcfV, the progress bar it is set in a single post template.
