Posts Loop Element Latest Articles not working properly.it not showing the latest news in mobile site but in pc site its working properly.

If the posts are not displayed, then, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE, please check this option fr viewport on phone or if you use a mobile page, then edit it.
