I’m having the same issue. I tried disabling every plugin except the ones that came with the theme. Didn’t help. However, when I disable the theme the admin bar shows up on the front end again so… I’m assuming it has to be the theme and or one of the plugins that came with it.
I saw another post earlier from a few weeks ago saying the same thing as well that they can’t get the admin bar to show up on the front end no matter what they did.
Hi,
Most of the time when tis problem appear it is do to a plugin, for example Jetpack Toolbar -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Also, there are other situations when the problem appears:

If there is still a problem, we can check it, just let us know!
Thank you!
Calin,
Yes, this is the answer I keep getting except – I’m not using Jetpack.
Also, as I and others have stated in other posts, we’ve tried turning off every plugin except the ones in this theme and it still doesn’t show the admin bar.
It’s the Opt-In Builder plugin. When I turn that off, the admin bar shows. But then tagDiv templates don’t load.

I was really hoping the new update that came out today would fix it. But it didn’t. Just fyi.
Still no toolbar.
I understand. So if the problem was still not resolved by the theme update then, please make a full backup for your website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.om, we’ll check this problem and see what happens with your website. Please include wp-admin and cPanel in email.
Thank you!
