Hi,
I’m trying to do some changes from the theme panel and is not updating the theme at all. I tried disabling all plugins and trying it then and it doesn’t work either.
Also I noticed that when I add something like a Twitter link to the theme panel it shows the loading icon then gives a check icon and then disappears I would think this means it saved it but then I check the live site and it doesn’t add or change anything and also when I refresh the theme options the link that I supposedly put in and saved it disappears like if I didn’t put anything in the input box.
Hi,
This is because you are using a demo that is being edited from the font and does not take into account the settings in the standard pack (please disable the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin and if everything works fine, leave it disabled). To edit a page or a cloud template you need to use tagDiv Composer. Here is a video showing you how to use this editor -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Thank you!
Also I was modifying the home theme and I tried hiding one of the elements of the page by using the “display:hidden” from composer css editor. I thought it was going to leave a gap to click back on it and have it set to “display:show” but there is no option or way to click on it to bring it back (or at least have the settings options to do it).
Hello!
If you disable our plugin and still you use some elements, then it will appear some code in place of the elements(my account-menu login and plans-button) from that plugin. So, before uninstalling the plugin, please delete the elements(tagDiv Opt-In Builder elements) from the TagDiv Composer.
There are 2 menu elements, first one is using a modal(page) and the second one is a normal menu which you can change it from Appearance -> Menus. The modal page can be edit it with the TagDiv Composer as well.
Thank you!
