cant see Visual Composer

Hi,
I just bought the latest version of the theme and I cant see Visual Composer plugins
could you please tell me why?

Hello,

Our theme has its own page builder, tagDiv Composer.
We have long recommended shifting from WPBakery to tagDiv Composer because there is a conflict between the two and they cannot be used together.
So, you can start to create the pages with the tagDiv Composer.

You can find the WP Bakery in this path Newspaper-tf\code\other_plugins if you want to use it.
