When I am on a page and click TagDiv Composer, I get a message that says This page isn’t working. Can you help with this issue?

Thanks
Hello,
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
Are you using a redirect plugin?
Thank you!
Thanks for the fast reply, no I am not using a redirect plugin. I will do what you recommend and see what happens.
Thanks again.
I cleared the cache and deactivated plugins, and it’s still not working. I am just starting to build the site. There are not many plugins. Can you help me?

Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem persists, then we can investigate this issue further via email. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

Our team will take a look!

Thank you for the suggestion. Where in the WordPress Files do I find this information? Look on the .htaccess I didn’t see anything on the page.
Hi,
if you are wondering where to find this file .htaccess, then check this guide -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/create-default-wordpress-htaccess-file -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/htaccess-file-in-nginx/
Thank you!
