Even though we have Standard Pack active, Show post views enabled (under Post Settings), and 7 days post sorting enabled (under block settings).

That topic is quite old and it is for users that are using standard templates from the tagDiv Standard Pack. I see that you are not using standard template and you have cloud templates, so the settings need to be done differently.
First you’ll need to set the post views element on your single post template, right now this is not set -> https://i.imgur.com/1ZftBKe.png -> https://i.imgur.com/SFthaAq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/oX2Ls2h.png after that be sure that you have the option 7 days post sorting enabled in the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/

We have made the changes per your instructions. We added the view counter to our single post cloud template and updated the Trending section of our home page to display the top viewed posts past 7days. All seems to be working except, that the post does not display the most viewed posts in order. For example, the post in position 1 is not the highest viewed post. Please note: “This sorting option will pick posts that are popular in the last 7 days, ordered by page views.” This means it’s not sorted by the publish date, just by page views from the last 7 days, that is, those views can be counted before 7 days -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/
