Social counter not count

Hi!
I use social counter plugin and when I use element Social Counter on Single Templates – plugin not count and not view my follower. To test, on Facebook I have 9 followers and my site see 0 followers …

Thanks for answer. Yes, I read this topic before.
My steps: In themepanel – social network I reconect in tab Facebook Account and Instagram Business. Save settings. I create a new elemt Social Counter and nothing. This same problem.

I have a latest Newspaper theme.

Usually, the social counter should update once every 1-2 days, depending on your cache plugin. If the problem persists, please contact us at contact@tagiv.com provide wp-admin access and include the link to this topic in the email.
