I saw you have the theme version, v10.3.9.1, in the last theme update v11 and v11.1 new implementations related to the social counter for Facebook and Instagram were made.
So, to display the number of followers, you need to use Instagram as a “Business” or “Creator” page, in this way those Instagram pages will be administered by a Facebook account (this is how Facebook API is working).
Also, when you log in with your Facebook account you must approve access to the pages you manage in order to be able to get your followers number

If you want to make the update, I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.

I’ve updated the theme version to the latest. Still the system doesn’t show the right number of fans. Please help about it.
Also note: I am not trying to display instagram/counts. Only facebook page issue.

Please reconnect the Instagram and Facebook accounts again -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ and set the id for Facebook in the social counter
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
