How to add WPML languages switcher to the Template Header?

Hi there,
do you have a manual how to add WPML languages switcher with flags on the all post and page header?
Is it possible to add switcher in a few clicks, or should I dive into PHP code in this case?
I’ve read this

but couldn’t find anything about languages menu mention. 🙁
