Hello!
If you use a cloud template for your articles: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/, then you have the possibility to drag and drop the element called ” Single Post Content “, or add other elements for example: https://prnt.sc/g3v0sYob-ojb
You can add the sidebar in the tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row (or existing one)
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Thank you!
Hello!
In the “Column text” or “text with title” elements you can apply any text you need to add and change it when you need.
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Thanks, but I don’t think this will work. The potential for breaking something, by having to go into the template anytime I have to edit is too large.
All I want is a sidebar widget that displays the content of one post on every page. Then when I edit that post, the content changes. But if I have to edit the template every time, then it’s too easy for something to go wrong and mess up the entire website.
Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not already have an element in our theme created to display the content of a post or article on every page.
Maybe you can find a plugin or submit a query to our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you for understanding!
