How can i copy the styles from a contact form 7 import?

I imported the page “Contact Page – BlockChain PRO” but I’am not able to have my contact form having the same appearance as the demo form. What I need to do?
I’am planing on using the same fields, including the dropdown menu from the import demo.

How can I style my form just like that? Assuming I will use the exact same fields.
