Support, I have bought several copies of tagdiv newspaper and I am sick of you guys jacking me around!!! None of my lics keys seem to work. Please fix this issue so I can use the product that I have purchased.

I have several keys. but, none of them will allow me to add a website. After I have entered the lics key I get the thank you. however, the theme doesn’t activate. See image.

Update: This issue is happening with all 4 of my lics. keys.

Check if there is an object cache applied on the backend. Here is a guide that will help you with this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ after the object cache file is removed the theme will remain activated. If the issue is till there, then we need your cpanel url and credentials too.
