tagdiv composer page wont load

Hi , the TAGDIVComposer page wont load. I am on version 9.7.3. The blue ball circle just keeps on spinning. I stopped working after I upgraded to the latest version of WordPress. Is there a later version of the TAGDIV plugin that needs to be loaded.

Hello,

Considering that you have a fairly old version of the theme and the latest WordPress, this problem appeared. Please update the theme to the last version (11.5.1) on a staging website, activate the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website look, also to avoid any problems that can appear after the update, also, please make a full backup to all files and database before update. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ if the staging update is fine, you can also do the live one.
